It was a well presented place, had courteous staff at all times. The hotel's location was marvellous on the sea side. There was Pelican fish restaurant nearby, offering quick meals.

Great and fab location in front of the beach, all was great. Fairly quiet rooms with WiFi, a kettle, and tea and coffee, facilities worked well.

Appreciated the place, it was lovely little and well presented and worked for me. The breakfast was wonderful and included gluten free toast. Most of the staff were pleasant and extremely accommodating.

The location was quiet and easy for traveling around Eastbourne, short walk to the seashore, 3 private schools within spitting distance and the restaurants. I was surprised at nearby More Than Cake, they had some goodies, drinks.

It was tidy, the staff was pleasant, plus the service was very good. Our room was large, provided with fantastic view, ventilation, as example.

It was very close to centre and shops, beach, restaurants and quiet part of town and Eastbourne's theatres, marvellous and fab location overall.

Enjoyed our stay there, it was really nice! Perfect and tidy place, everything was good. The rooms were modern looking and reasonably large with bedside table as well as fantastic view. The service was all in all very good.

The location was unbeatable and fantastic for me, on at one of the Theatres. The deluxe queen room was recently refurbished, very well taken care of. The service was very good and the food was freshly made.

Greatly enjoyed my very nice stay during our visit. Good and fab location close to the restaurant, quiet part of town, and the seashore, I felt safe. I found nice Pelican fish restaurant by accident, it was not too far away from the hotel.

Incredible central location just next door to the sea front which has been really updated as well as Eastbourne Bandstand.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was spotlessly clean, with multi-channel TV, a sitting area, and a study table. That hotel was in a marvellous location, on seafront.
